Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older, who are licensed dental professionals.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
   • Starts January 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
3. How to Enter:
   • Participants must register and attend eligible events (live webinars or in-person) hosted by Geistlich during the sweepstakes period. NOTE: Each event or webinar attended will count as one submission.
   • Completion of the CE survey is mandatory for live webinar entries. Sign-in is mandatory for in-person events.
   • Each event attendance counts as one entry; there is no limit to the number of entries.
4. Prize Details:
   • One grand prize: One round-trip airfare coach class, up to $3500.00, hotel accommodations for one selected by Geistlich for 4 nights, and one registration for the International Osteology Symposium Vienna 2026. All accommodations will be booked by Geistlich.
   • Meals and incidentals are not included.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected through a random drawing on December 15, 2025, and notified via email.
6. Claiming the Prize:
   • The winner must respond and acknowledge acceptance of prize package within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Winner must provide their NPI# at time of acceptance.
   • By accepting this prize, winner is acknowledging that appropriate reporting of the prize details according to local and federal requirements.
7. General Conditions:
   • Geistlich reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time.
   • By participating, entrants agree to Geistlich’s use of their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy Policy:
   • Personal information collected during the sweepstakes will only be used to administer the sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Limitations of Liability:
   • Geistlich is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
