Shipping Information
Orders placed no later than 3:00 PM EST both online or by telephone will be fulfilled and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends or United States holidays will ship on the next business day.
Freight Terms: FOB Origin
We offer three different flat rate guaranteed delivery options:
- 2-Day Delivery: $30.00 USD per order (any quantity)
- Next Day by 10:30AM Delivery: $50.00 USD per order (any quantity)
- Next Day by 8:30AM Delivery: $90.00 USD per order (any quantity)
A confirmation will be e-mailed to you when your order is submitted.
Returns Policy
- If you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) document, which includes a unique RGA number, and a prepaid FedEx label.

- Please ensure:
- Requests for returns must be received within 60 days of purchase date
- Goods are placed in a box in which the product would not be damaged
- Product has all original seals unbroken
- To affix the prepaid FedEx label to the outer box
- Call FedEx to schedule a pickup at 1-800-463-3339
- Expired product may not be returned.
- Returns are to be sent back to our warehouse (using our prepaid FedEx label) and should not be sent to our headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, will be inspected upon receipt, and may not be claimed as an offset against outstanding invoices until credit memo is issued.
vallos®, Geistlich vallomix™, vallos®f and Geistlich vallomix™f Return Policy
vallos®, Geistlich vallomix™, vallos®f, Geistlich vallomix™f do not apply to the standard Geistlich Biomaterials returns policy. The products co-packed in Geistlich vallomix™ and Geistlich vallomix™f cannot be returned individually.
If you would like a replacement of either Geistlich vallomix™ or Geistlich vallomix™f or a credit applied to your account, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] or 855-799-5500.
- Please Note:
- All requests are subject to review and are at the discretion of Geistlich Pharma North America, Inc. prior to processing.
- Products that will not be used clinically must be discarded appropriately.
- The pre-paid Allograft Tracking Record card found within the vallos® or vallos®f packages must be filled out and returned to Geistlich Pharma North America, Inc. for credit and replacement requests.
- Requests for replacement product or credit must be received within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Expired product may not be returned.
