The Guided Bone Regeneration Course is a two-day intensive training course offering hands-on skill development and best practices to perform advanced socket grafting and ridge augmentation in clinical practice. This session will review appropriate incision designs for guided bone regeneration, flap management, minimally invasive techniques to harvest autogenous bone, material selection, handling of biomaterials, and techniques to maintain space. There will be a special focus on stabilization of the graft/membrane complex with periosteal biting stabilization sutures and simplified techniques to achieve tension-free primary closure. In this unique course, attendees will have the unprecedented opportunity to witness a live surgery conducted by Dr. Israel Puterman in the comfort of his home office.
