Request information on Trial & Observation Program (TOP)

*Terms and Conditions: Valid January 1–December 31, 2026. Each trial is limited to a total of 4 units of biomaterial, of which one unit can be GEM 21S. Only valid for new customers or a new product category to existing customers. Excludes Yxoss, RPM, Meisinger Meta, and McBio products. Not applicable for Dental Service Organizations, Government, and Military Accounts. Submission and feedback form must be submitted for qualification. The user agrees to have the Geistlich Regenerative Specialist observe the surgery and post-surgery survey.
