Initial clinical presentation showing a cyst at Tooth 13*.
Following tooth extraction and debridement, probing confirms the absence of the buccal bone wall.
Geistlich Bio-Gide® Forte is positioned adjacent to the buccal bone wall.
The defect is grafted using vallos® mineralized cortical-cancellous granules.
Geistlich Bio-Gide® Forte is folded over the defect and stabilized.
Following tooth extraction and debridement, probing confirms the absence of the buccal bone wall.

THE SITUATION

Tooth 13* required extraction in a 54-year-old male patient. The buccal bone was absent. Goal was to restore the site with an implant.
