The Geistlich Corporate Forum features dynamic regenerative experts from around the world introducing innovative and diverse treatment solutions for your practice.

1:00 – 1:45 pm

Dr. Lorenzo Tavelli
Boston, MA • USA

Explore cutting-edge techniques using xenogeneic collagen matrices for the minimally invasive reconstruction of peri-implant soft tissue and papilla. This session highlights biologically driven, patient-centered approaches that enhance esthetics, stability, and predictability – especially in challenging anterior implant cases.

Clinical strategies will be illustrated with a focus on soft tissue substitutes and biologic agents for papilla augmentation and mucosal volume enhancement around implants.

Dr. Nikos Soldatos
Portland, OR • USA

Ridge preservation maintains the integrity of the alveolar ridge in order to prevent bone resorption and facilitate future implant placement. Ridge augmentation goes a step further by regenerating the alveolar bone to support the placement of dental implants or enhance aesthetic outcomes. Both procedures involve the placement of bone grafts.

Aseptic processing eliminates the need for terminal sterilization and retains the endogenous growth factors present in the bone grafts. Furthermore, it ensures that the bone grafts maintain their osteoconductive, osteoinductive, and osteogenic properties.

3:10 – 3:55 pm | 4:15 – 4:45 pm

Dr. Istvan Urban
Hungary

Vertical and horizontal augmentation presents one of the greatest challenges of bone regeneration in implant dentistry. This is primarily due to the difficulty of the surgical procedure and its potential complications. However, it has been demonstrated that successful clinical outcomes can be predictably achievable when strict protocols are followed.

The detailed understanding of clinical anatomy should guide the clinician when managing the soft tissue flaps in an attempt to securely close the flaps to achieve optimal healing environment of the graft. Graft immobilizations, the optimal use of graft materials are essential in achieving bone formation even in a distance from the bony walls. This presentation will summarize the essential steps of ridge augmentation and gives an insight how a clinician can learn these demanding procedures. Graft harvesting, membrane fixation for vertical augmentation as well as for the Sausage Technique™ will be lectured.

4:45 – 5:00 pm

Dr. Istvan Urban

Dr. Frank Schwarz
Frankfurt • Germany

Dr. Urban, internationally recognized for his groundbreaking surgical protocols in bone regeneration, and Dr. Schwarz, a leading authority in peri-implant diseases and innovative regenerative solutions, will share their expertise, clinical insights, and vision for advancing patient care.

Through a dynamic exchange of ideas, the program will explore clinical challenges and evidence-based approaches to achieving predictable outcomes. Attendees will gain rare access to the combined knowledge of two pioneers whose work continues to redefine standards in regenerative dentistry. This interactive session promises to inspire clinicians and researchers alike allowing them to gain valuable insight from these two Masters in oral tissue regeneration.
